“First time staying in Omni was a good experience. It was a nice hotel and we stayed for a day it was very nice we paid for a premium king bed room but unfortunately the AC did not work so we called the front desk and they helped us to a different room and we were lucky enough to get a suite! It was an awesome staff to help us from that little issue. I’d definitely stay again. First time stays get a complimentary drink or coffee and it was nice. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. ”

“Breakfast was great. Rooms clean and smell well. No disturbance. Staff is polite. You can order food via doordash and it will be delivered to your room. Only drawback was if we need housekeeping service, they said we needed to inform them 1 day before. ”
